Mr. RINKUS is a veteran and a great man with a wonderful sense of humor and dedicated work ethic. He is intuitive and knew when a property was not right for me. In my frustration and fatigue, I nearly caved and was ready to commit to homes that were not right for me. He saw through that and was patient in waiting and guiding me to find a home that was love at first sight. I also appreciate his promptness. He helped me find a good inspector and good insurance agent. The seller erroneously had the utilities turned off. Mr. Rinkus helped this inept woman (me) have them turned on ASAP.
